Michelle has extensive design experience specialising in packaging, branding, brand management, identity design and environmental graphics. Michelle has worked for the top packaging design company in Australia; Niche Design Group along with clients including Foster's, Kerry Ingredients, McConnell Dowell and Auscare. Michelle manages her own business; Michelle Soldatos Design providing multidisciplinary services to a range of prominent clientele.

Michelle's qualifications comprise of a Master of Communication Design with Distinction and a Bachelor of Design in Graphic Design with Honours – both from RMIT University. Michelle's considerable teaching career covers the fundamentals of Communication Design and Graphic Design focusing on form and content, concept and implementation. Building a foundation of processes and strategies of analysis, concept thinking, development and design. Michelle provides an interdisciplinary teaching experience to print, space and screen.
