Trevor Streader is an experienced design leader with expertise in creative process, design education, and building and supporting creative teams to deliver excellent experiences and communications.

As Design Manager at Museums Victoria, Trevor established a multidisciplinary team of communication, interior, industrial and digital designers. He applied strategic and design thinking to support the development of the project vision and visitor experience objectives of many major Museums Victoria projects and is experienced in participatory and audience led methodologies.Trevor provided creative direction on a wide range of project types including major exhibition developments, digital communications, print communications, marketing communications, education materials, retail products, publishing, wayfinding, website design and visual identity systems.

As a design educator, Trevor has supervised research, coordinated year level and honours programs and delivered an industry-based learning program. His practice-led masters research investigated how subjective perspectives of the designer influence design process and outcomes.
